NOT THE SHARPEST KNIVES IN THE DRAWER: No Mow Beer Runs For Him!
When Dennis D. Cretton, 49, had his driver’s license revoked for drunken-driving, he started using his lawn mower to make beer runs to a nearby convenience store, reports the Belleville (IL) Democrat:
[He] hadn't quite completed the mile-long round trip before his neighbors called police [and] reported that he was weaving in and out of traffic along Dianne Drive, attempting to pass cars in his 2007 Cub Cadet mower.
When Cretton returned to his home, sheriff's deputies were waiting and arrested him for felony aggravated DUI.
