NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: He Stole Her Wallet, But Not Her Heart

After Stephfon Bennett and two other men robbed Diana Martinez and her boyfriend at her home, he returned to the scene of the crime to ask her out on a date, reports WBNS (Channel 10-Columbus):

 

“We are not exactly sure what he was thinking at the time," said Columbus police Sgt. Sean Laird. "She recognized him right away when he returned and was able to have her cousin call 911."

 

Bennett was arrested aggravated robbery charges at the victim’s house.

    Here's another one I read somewhere. After raping a woman the man took down her phone number and called her for a date. She agreed to meet him and he was arrested when he showed up.
