NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: His Barf Was Bigger Than His Bite
Calvin Hoover of Salem, OR, was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants after he called 9-1-1 to report his that someone had broken into his truck and stolen cash, a jacket and some pot. The 21-year-old called a second time ticked off that authorities had not responded to his complaint, reports The Associated Press, “but the dispatcher had trouble understanding him because he was driving and stopping several times to vomit.”
