Apparently living rent-free in a $2,500-a-month apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn wasn’t a sweet enough deal for a squatter. He wanted heat and hot water, too. When called a city complaint line, police showed up to show him the door, but he resisted arrest and started “spitting, punching and kicking at them,” reports the New York Post. After he was cuffed, he promised that he would “f***ing kill” the landlord when he got out of jail.
