NOT THE SHARPEST KNIVES IN THE DRAWER: Court Pans Smoking Actors

Denver's Curious Theatre Co. lost its challenge to CO’s smoking ban in the state Supreme Court, which ruled that actors who light up on stage are violating the state’s smoking ban, reports The Associated Press. The theatre’s artistic director Chip Walton, who complains the ban violates free speech rights and hinders artistic expression, plans to file an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court.
