WHAT A HEEL: At Least She’ll Be Tanned When She Burns In Hell
According to police in Enfield, CT, 28-year-old Candy Ann Rock left her two children - a three-year-old and a baby just under a year old - alone in her car for nearly 20 minutes while she was inside a tanning salon, reports The Associated Press. At the time, the engine was switched off, so there was no heat in the car, and the outside temperature was 19 degrees with the wind chill factored in. She has been charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of leaving a child under the age of 12 unattended in a motor vehicle.
