NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Love Drunk

Denise Rutledge, 45, was turned away by corrections officers  when she showed up for a visitation appointment with an inmate held at the Flagler County (FL) Inmate Facility and requested a conjugal visit. Not only she was late, but the jail did not allow conjugal visits, reports the Orlando Sentinel:

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said she drove away then returned. After her return visit, corrections officers called for a road patrol because they suspected she had been drinking.

Deputies found her sitting in her car. She failed a field sobriety test, and a breathalyzer indicated her blood-alcohol content was 0.256.

Rutledge was charged with driving under the influence, and released from custody on a $500 bond.
