NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: One For The Road
After Deputy Eric Larson saw Dana Allen Seaman, 61, swerve his car three times, he pulled the Ocala, FL, resident over to administer a field sobriety test. Before the test, Seaman “took a drink from a cup and toss[ed] it under the passenger seat, reports the Ocala Star-Banner:
The deputy said he “retrieved the cup and could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from the cup,” according to the report.
Larson reported that Seaman could not stand on one leg, weaved when attempting to put his finger to his nose and was unsteady on his feet during all the tests.
Seaman refused a breathalyzer test, and was arrested on a DUI charge.
