Robert Anthony Lubrano, 39, was arrested for breach of peace after residents of a home in of Port St. Lucie, FL, caked 9-1-1 to report that a man was trying to get in their rear patio enclosure. When the police got on the scene, they found Lubrano slouched in a car nearby and questioned him about the incident, reports The Smoking Gun:
Lubrano admitted that he had been on the back patio of the victim’s residence and had knocked on the home’s front door, according to a Port St. Lucie Police Department report.
Lubrano then told officers that he had been at the house “hanging out in the pool” and was trying to return via a screen enclosure. When asked about who had accompanied him, Lubrano “stated he was ‘hanging with Charlie, along with six naked girls.’” When Officer David Butterworth asked Lubrano who Charlie was, the suspect replied that Charlie was his “good friend Charlie Sheen.”
During questioning, Lubrano admitted that he had “consumed Roxicodone and Xanax earlier in the day, along with two beers while he was with ‘Charlie Sheen.’”
The homeowners were completely unaware that they had hosted a pool party involving Lubrano, Sheen and naked women. But then, they weren’t on drugs.
