NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Cheated Crack User Calls Cops

Dexter White, 41, gave his crack dealer $60 but got only $20 worth of the drug. White called 9-1-1 to complain that he had been cheated. He asked for a K-9 unit to investigate, and gave the dispatcher his location and description so the police could find him easily. According to the North Charleston Police Department report White stated that his supplier, “C,” refused to give him his $40 in change and that he smoked the crack before calling 9-1-1.

White was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge for loitering where drugs are used or sold.
