NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE DRAWER: Hell On Wheels

Greece, NY Police Chief Todd Baxter tried to pull over 25-year-old Rob Martin after he "came from out of nowhere and flew in front of him" on his motorcycle, driving at speeds over 100 miles an hour and weaving in and out of lanes, WHAM-TV (Channel 13, Rochester, NY) reports:

Eventually the suspect … abandoned the motorcycle near the Latta Road entrance ramp and fled on foot.

Chief Baxter and Sergeant Ben Way scaled a fence to catch the suspect.

Martin, a felon who had an outstanding pot possession warrant from another jurisdiction, was charged with reckless driving, speeding, and a slew of other infractions. Since Martin apparently didn’t have the money for a license, registration, insurance and inspection, he probably won’t be making the $10,000 bail.
